Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator for the Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a rotating AWS schedule (4 days on, 4 days off). Starting pay is $22.50/hour with a $2.00 shift differential.

You will operate bakery processing equipment, ensure batch accuracy, and uphold food safety standards to keep packaging lines flowing smoothly. You will read batch sheets, adjust processes for quality, and document production records while supporting maintenance,

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, recipes, batch sheets, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to meet quality and food safety standards.
• Mix ingredients, monitor temperature, moisture, and weights.
• Make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Monitor production flow and remove non-conforming products.
• Read batch sheets and production instructions accurately.
• Perform changeovers and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and sanitation during cleanups.
• Maintain logs and production records accurately.
• Handle materials using forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
