Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient manufacturing operations, and maintain product quality while driving continuous improvement. This onsite role requires hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the business pulse.

The position reports to the operations leadership and focuses on meeting customer demand, optimizing line performance, and ensuring compliance with production and quality

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or food production, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production schedules, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to train, lead, and effectively communicate with teams in a production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality
• Coordinate production schedules with Materials Management to meet inventory and customer demand
• Monitor line performance, including downtime and waste, and implement improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with product specifications through inspection and process control
• Train and develop team members on quality standards, equipment operation, and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, performance, and cost effectiveness
