Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a General Labor, Bakery- Production to join our team. You will support bakery production by shaping, scoring, monitoring, and processing dough and baked goods according to product specs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic math skills for daily production tasks.
Ability to problem-solve and reason clearly.
Effective English communication, both written and verbal.
Ability to accurately complete production and quality documentation.
Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Monitor product flow and processing to ensure quality and specification compliance.
Operate and support bakery production systems including proofing, scoring, oven, cooling, and packing.
Verify production parameters, recipes, and product standards throughout the cycle.
Inspect products and equipment and report concerns to line leadership.
Maintain accurate production records and complete quality checks.
Support continuous improvement through problem-solving and operational excellence activities.
Maintain GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
