Aspire Bakeries in Swedesboro, NJ, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production, ensure safety, and maintain quality while driving continuous improvement. The role is onsite four days a week with a 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, and requires coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to meet customer demand.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least three years in manufacturing or food production; strong communication; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to train and lead teams in a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate production schedules with Materials Management to meet demand.
• Monitor line performance, downtime and waste, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications through inspection and control.
• Train and develop team members on quality standards and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and cost effectiveness.
