Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring an Operator 1, Bakery-Oven L7 - 2nd Shift at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will operate and monitor proofing and baking processes to ensure quality and food safety, supporting production flow and continuous improvement.

This role requires standing for long periods, following GMP and safety procedures, and working the 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift. The position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety procedures encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor proofing and oven systems to meet specifications.
• Coordinate workflow and train oven-area team members.
• Ensure products are correctly aligned through proofing, baking, and cooling.
• Maintain a clean, GMP-compliant production area.
• Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis and AOE activities.
• Keep accurate production records and process controls.
• Identify issues and help reduce waste and stabilize processes.
