The position offers exposure to production planning, line optimization, and adherence to production specifications, with a salary range of $75,000-$85,000

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production schedules and safety rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to train and lead teams in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate production schedules with Materials Management to meet demand.
• Monitor line performance, downtime and waste, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications through inspection and process control.
• Train and develop team members on quality standards and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
