Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery- Oven Relief to join our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will operate and support the baking process, ensuring products meet established specifications and food safety requirements.

The role includes 3rd shift from 10:00PM to 6:30AM, weekends required, and an hourly rate of $20. Prior experience in bakery or production is a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret production data and measurements.
• Basic computer and documentation skills for recording information.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery oven systems to meet baking profiles and quality standards.
• Inspect product quality during baking and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate and support daily oven-area activities to maintain production flow.
• Maintain control of proofing and baking systems with accurate monitoring and data entry.
• Support continuous improvement through problem-solving and waste reduction.
• Maintain sanitation, GMP standards, and a safe production environment.
• Promote food safety and workplace safety compliance.
