• Minimum 1+ year of experience working with vulnerable populations in shelter or similar environment.
• Current Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds during overnight shifts.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shelter staff overnight, directly supervising 3-4 Service Coordinators.
• Monitor adherence to shelter procedures and provide guidance to the overnight team.
• Collaborate with security and shelter staff to respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with security to document and address overnight incidents.
• Oversee handling, storage, and documentation of resident property and records.
• Manage overnight staff schedule, attendance, and communication.
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of sleeping areas for incoming residents.
• Supervise overnight food service operations, including late-night snacks or early-morning meals.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all workspaces, dormitories, and communal areas.
• Support overnight volunteers and foster a welcoming environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and agency events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager - Operations.
