Responsibilities

Welcome, orient, and support residents during intake, stay, and exit; assist with move-in/out and connections to resources.
Maintain accurate electronic records per procedures.
Monitor space to ensure safety, dignity, and a respectful environment.
Assist with meal service, supplies tracking, and space preparation/disassembly.
Use the 10-4 Customer Service Rule when interacting with guests, volunteers, staff.
Identify safety concerns, report hazards, complete safety checks.
De-escalate conflicts and assist with emergencies as needed.
Complete timely incident reports and collaborate with staff and volunteers.
Participate in shift communication, trainings, meetings, and events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of sleeping areas, restrooms, and spaces.
