Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Shelter Support Staff.
• Assist in the hiring of permanent, temporary, and on-call shelter staff.
• Conduct staff meetings for WBC’s shelter program staff.
• Provide policy and procedure guidance to Shelter Support Staff.
• Provide supportive care to residents experiencing personal crises.
