Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in public contact/customer service.
• 1 year of relatable supervisory experience.
• Training in Trauma-Informed Care, Mental Health First Aid, and conflict resolution.
• Four months successful experience as a Salvation Army Shelter Monitor (or related).
• Washington State Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Off-Site Shelter Programs staff and administrative tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency resources.
• Monitor and evaluate programs for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in staffing and coverage decisions.
• Provide staff training and supervision.
• Lead staff meetings and program planning.
