Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the Human Services field required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs required.
• Ability to assist guests up and down stairs and in/out of wheelchairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests promptly and professionally based on their needs.
• Assist guests in developing and implementing housing pathways and connecting to resources.
• Enter data into the HMIS system and document reports following agency policy.
• Make sound decisions and seek guidance from a supervisor when needed.
