Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Human Services field
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
• Valid MA driver’s license in good standing is preferred
• Experience administering Narcan and knowledge of addiction, recovery, and mental illness is preferred
• Knowledge of issues pertaining to the homeless and area resources is preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct care of guests and respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with development and implementation of a housing pathway
• Connect guests to housing and appropriate resources
• Assist guests in accessing substance abuse, mental health, and medical resources
• Enter data into HMIS and document reports according to agency policy
• Make sound decisions and seek guidance from a supervisor when needed
