Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) in Ocala to respond to overnight guest needs, assist with check-ins, and maintain security. The role offers onsite lodging and on-call shifts, with training and safety procedures emphasized.

You will interact with guests, log events, and coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams to ensure quality service. Qualified candidates are comfortable with night hours, can stand and walk, and have strong English communication

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets common safety rules and procedures.
• Documents events in writing and routine correspondence.
• Operates hotel mobile phone and computer systems.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, issues, and safety situations.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys as needed.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs and payments.
• Stay current with hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities to guests.
• Log events and post payments to guest folios when required.
