ESA Management LLC is seeking a Part Time NSR Suites associate in the Hartford area. The role covers on-call overnight needs when the lobby is closed, with lodging provided onsite for the employee on the overnight schedule.

You must respond within 30 minutes to business needs, including key issues, noise complaints, emergencies, and after-hours check-ins. Major duties include assisting guests, managing keys, check-ins/check-outs, policy adherence, and staying informed on safety and property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel front desk or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to log events and prepare routine correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Work as a GSR and set up breakfast 5:30 AM–7:00 AM daily.
• Attend to guests on call from outside service agent for check-ins and safety issues.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and log keys in/out.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greeting and registering guests., and collecting payments when necessary.
• Stay current on hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Provide guests with directions for amenities, services, hours, and local areas.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging events and posting payments to guest folios.
