Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and log events in writing.
• Proficient in English reading and speaking; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to on-call overnight needs to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Greet, register, and assist guests with check-ins/check-outs when needed.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys; operate hotel computer systems.
• Provide directions about property amenities and local areas of interest.
• Perform basic bookkeeping like posting payments to folios.
