Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee daily quality operations, ensure GMP and SQF compliance, and lead a team of Quality staff in a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment.

The role requires expertise in SAP, laboratory testing, and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA). You will drive continuous improvement, manage KPI performance, and maintain calibration of lab equipment while ensuring a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent related experience in quality
• Experience supervising quality in a high-speed beverage facility
• Knowledge of GMP, GFSI, HACCP, SQF, FDA and related standards
• Ability to lead and develop a team and drive continuous improvement
• Knowledge of regulatory and customer quality requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and monitoring of quality systems
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, Food Safety and quality plans
• Lead and direct work of Quality staff and make personnel decisions as needed
• Maintain SQF and other certifications; drive continuous improvement
• Post-process orders in SAP and generate finished goods reports
• Coordinate laboratory testing, environmental monitoring, and product testing
• Track KPI’s to meet daily and budget targets
• Maintain calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
• Communicate quality objectives across departments
• Audit records to ensure compliance and traceability
• Support safe working conditions and energy/waste reduction
• Serve as backup to Quality Manager
