Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee daily quality operations and sanitation systems in a night-shift beverage plant. You will ensure compliance with GMP, SQF and customer requirements while leading a team of Quality personnel and coordinating with production.

The role requires a BS in a relevant field, 3+ years of supervisory quality experience in manufacturing, and strong data analysis and SAP knowledge. A robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in quality within a beverage/manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF and related standards; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and sanitation systems.
• Lead audits, maintain SQF and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Quality staff; participate in hiring and disciplinary decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data and manage corrective actions.
