Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking a Manager of Quality to lead the site quality department, ensure food safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across QA programs.

You will oversee laboratory operations, manage the QA team, uphold GMP/HACCP and SQF standards, and partner with production to meet KPIs while controlling costs. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Quality or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years direct management experience in Quality within manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, HACCP plans, food safety standards, and regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team to achieve KPIs and CI project goals, track costs and waste.
• Oversee laboratory operations, water treatment, sanitation and quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP and SQF requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs for the Quality Program.
• Lead internal audits, corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Manage plant quality budgets and resources, and plan capital needs.
