Job summary

Refresco, located in San Angelo, Texas, is seeking a Supervisor Quality to oversee day-to-day quality operations and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Food Science or related field and at least three years of supervisory experience in a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, SQF); certification preferred.
• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and implement quality systems.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees in quality.
• Track departmental KPIs to manage daily requirements.

Skills

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP

Experience using measurement tools and equipment

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Ability to apply statistical methods

High precision and accuracy

Knowledge of GFSI, GMP, FDA standards

Prior inspection experience

Strong communication and analytical skills

Education
