Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Quality Systems to lead the local Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with FDA, SQF, and other regulatory standards.

You will own quality documentation, drive continuous improvement, and support audits across the facility. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in quality management and at least 3 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Demonstrated experience in the successful implementation, management, and continuous improvement of Quality System Software.
• Understanding of Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards, such as SQF or FSSC 22000, hands-on experience with compliance and audits.
• Experience working with real-time data collection systems to monitor and analyze production processes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and ensure compliance to all health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs and PPE.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees and align with quality objectives.
• Maintain audit readiness for internal and external audits.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the SQF system and related quality processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new or revised product launches in quality data systems.
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions for process improvements in local quality systems.
