DSV Lancaster is seeking an Operations Manager for LBJ FWY to supervise warehousing, receiving, and shipping, while planning inbound/outbound volume, space usage, and equipment. This role drives performance, safety, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requires 7+ years in logistics, 5+ years in supervision, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and MS Office/WMS skills.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Plan inbound and outbound volume and manage space, equipment, and staffing.
• Hire, train, and conduct performance appraisals; address performance issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and KPI targets meet client and company goals.
• Communicate with customers and senior management on critical issues.
