Job summary

DSV Lancaster, USA is seeking an Operations Supervisor II to oversee inbound/outbound activities, labor scheduling, space utilization and customer communication. You will lead a team, manage performance, hire/train staff, and ensure safe, cost-effective operations aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities include daily planning, KPI achievement, SOP compliance, and ongoing process improvements to maximize efficiency and service quality. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities daily.
• Plan labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs; meet client KPIs.
