Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead, Operations for the LBJ Freeway location in Lancaster, USA. The role oversees warehousing, receiving, and shipping activities, mentoring associates, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience with warehouse software and hand-held scanners preferred.
• Able to operate MHE and work in temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Train on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking and quality control.
• Oversee unloading of inbound shipments and staging of outbound shipments; verify paperwork.
• Load orders accurately and ensure proper doors/trailers.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity goals.
