Job summary

DSV is hiring an Operations Manager in the USA to oversee day-to-day site logistics, warehousing, receiving and shipping. You will plan inbound/outbound volume, communicate with customers, manage space and equipment, and supervise hiring, training, and performance reviews.

The role requires 7+ years in logistics/distribution with 5 years in supervision, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. Strong leadership and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 5 years’ supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.
