Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead of Operations for the LBJ FWY site in Lancaster, TX. The role oversees warehousing, receiving and shipping activities, mentoring associates and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity metrics are met.

Responsibilities include training, overseeing inbound/outbound processes, and maintaining compliance with SOPs. A high school diploma and forklift/MHE experience are required, with English fluency and basic computer skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, picking, and staging of orders per SOPs and paperwork.
• Interact with customers professionally via phone, email or in person where required.
• Ensure quality control by verifying product and order accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
