Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, picking, staging and outbound shipments per SOPs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and prepare activity reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and ISO standards; participate in safety meetings.
• Direct warehouse work teams, schedule shifts and manage labor resources.
