Highgate Hotels is seeking an Operations Manager to plan and direct hotel operations, improving productivity and efficiency across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining high guest-service standards, and ensuring adherence to brand and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has significant hotel operations experience, supervisory responsibilities, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel or related field experience.
• Prior supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.

Responsabilités

• Assist Front Office leaders and other departments to improve operations.
• Maintain lobby and front desk standards and guest service levels.
• Oversee F&B shift coverage and inventory balance.
• Monitor upsell programs and guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise payroll, attendance, and OT, with coaching as needed.
• Participate in Night Audit tasks and reporting.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; support MOD coverage.
