Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations, hospitality, F&B service, or a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and Bistro F&B service standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with PMS, POS, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and competing priorities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across hotel departments, including Front Desk and Bistro F&B.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve service standards and operational goals.
• Ensure effective communication and teamwork between departments.
• Monitor room status, inventory, and daily reports; identify and fix workflow issues.
• Supervise Bistro F&B operations to ensure quality, staff coverage, and cost control.
• Monitor cash handling, POS, and daily sales reports; ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with vendors, kitchen and hotel teams to maintain service quality.
