Highgate Hotels, owner and operator of Courtyard Las Vegas, seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage front office and F&B operations and support housekeeping and engineering. You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold service standards throughout the shift.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to work long hours with a focus on safety and hotel-wide efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibilities required.
• Must be proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must communicate effectively with employees and guests, verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Assistant General Manager and General Manager with Front Office and F&B operations.
• Provide strong lobby presence to assist front desk agents and guests.
• Cover shifts in F&B and other departments as needed.
• Balance hotel room type inventory.
• Ensure lobby, meeting spaces, and F&B areas meet Paramount standards.
