Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• A passion to provide industry leading service.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with team members to provide clear direction.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information and use that to make informed decisions.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety and working legally and ethically.

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to ensure onboarding, training and coaching are effective.
• Identifies talent and supports staffing and leadership development.
• Oversees area operations and financial results, including budgeting and P&L.
• Drives safety and compliance and maintains store condition standards.
• Directs Leads and Team Leaders and assigns daily work and training as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned or required.
