Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a Lead Service Valet to deliver high-quality trash collection at apartment communities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead coverage, quality control, and team development while stepping in for Area Leaders as needed.

You’ll audit routes, support onboarding, manage field issues, and help with client launches. The role offers evening shifts and opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to Work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Experience in logistics, valet trash, or field services preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Smartphone with data plan for our mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Cover Area Leader duties during absences and manage service areas.
• Train and support Service Valets; onboarding as needed.
• Conduct audits to assess service quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Fill in on trash routes when needed due to absences or volume.
• Respond to service issues quickly and elevate complex problems.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Provide support across multiple districts as needs change.
• Assist with container delivery and new client launches.
• Maintain positive relationships with peers, leadership, and clients.
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
