Job summary

Henderson Group Recruiting seeks a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts at a 50-bed rural facility in Warden, WA. The role requires a BSN and WA RN license, with 3–5 years acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities include bed management, admissions assessment, and acting as Administrator on Duty when needed. Compensation ranges from $47.00 to $77.00 per hour, plus a $5/hour shift differential, full benefits, relocation help up to $5K, and a sign-on up to $15K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Three to five years acute care clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment using admission criteria; liaise with physicians, nursing leadership, unit staff, and care management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and provide operational direction.
