Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural facility in Warden, WA. This full-time night-shift role (3x12-hr, 7pm–7:30am) offers $47–$77 per hour plus a $5 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package including relocation assistance up to $5K and a sign-on bonus up to $15K.

The successful candidate will manage patient admissions, bed utilization, and will coordinate with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure efficient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and WA RN license.
• 3–5 years of acute care nursing experience in various departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes (InterQual guidelines).
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Analyze data on admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level and bed assignment; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Care Management, and other stakeholders.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the CNO to provide direction on operational issues.
