Arrow Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Support Partner for the Boulevard Wentzville location. The role supports memory care residents during night hours, focusing on empathy, engagement, and safety.

You will document care, assist with routines, and collaborate with team members to maintain a calm, home-like environment. The position is full-time with a night shift from 7:00pm to 7:00am in Wentzville, MO, offering competitive pay and benefits to a team that values growth from within and

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be empathetic and build human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to discover interests and abilities and implement engagement plans.
• Create and manage environment to support daily routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support all facets of daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.
