Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Aide to join the Boulevard Wentzville team on the 7p-7a shift at 110 Perry Cate Boulevard, Wentzville, MO 63385. This full-time role supports residents with daily living in a memory care setting and helps create a safe, home-like environment.

You will advocate empathy, observe residents, document care, and collaborate with teammates to create engaging activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day and to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and capabilities, and plan engagement strategies.
• Set the environment and routine to support residents; assist with daily activities and nighttime routines.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of team members in memory care neighborhoods.
