Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create meaningful connections with residents.
• Observe residents and identify interests to support engagement plans.
• Prepare environments and stages for daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
