Job summary

Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake seeks a dedicated Care Partner to support residents in Westlake, OH. This part-time role focuses on compassionate ADL assistance, daily living activities, and promoting safety for our senior residents. You will collaborate with a caring team to enhance quality of life.

The position requires empathy, a HS diploma, good English, and physical stamina. Availability for Week 1 and Week 2 shifts, with a 7:00am–7:00pm schedule, is expected.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and speaking English with Residents.
• Ability to use basic computer systems for printouts and resident data.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Help residents move, stand, sit and walk and assist after a fall when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and supportive environment and document care appropriately.
