Arrow Senior Living in North Royalton, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate care in memory care neighborhoods. You will engage residents, document changes, and support team collaboration to create a safe, comfortable daily experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and the stamina to stand and assist throughout shifts. This role is full-time with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter information.
• Must be physically active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy: build human connections during vulnerable moments.
• Patient observer: identify resident interests and create engagement plans.
• Master of the mise en scène: prepare dining rooms, libraries, and rooms for daily routines.
• Life partner: support residents in daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Accurately document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
