Arrow Senior Living in Westlake, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will advocate empathy, observe resident needs, and help craft engagement plans that enhance daily living.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be capable of communicating in English with residents. The role requires physical activity and the ability to work evenings on a rotating schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Must be active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.

• Advocate of empathy: create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be a Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily routines and events (dining room, library, resident rooms).
• Life Partner: support residents in daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition clearly.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
