Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Must be physically active and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with Residents.
• Observe Residents to tailor engagement plans and implement strategies.
• Prepare dining rooms for meals, set up spaces, and assist with routines.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of Memory Care team members.
