Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner at Vitalia Westlake in Westlake, OH. This full-time role supports memory care residents with empathy, engagement, and daily living assistance, from 7:00am to 7:00pm on a rotating schedule.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency with residents, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits are substantial and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude with a love for residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information on a computer.

Responsabilités

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connections during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: discover residents' interests and craft engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare environments to support daily routines and events.
• Life Partner: assist residents with daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care accurately and note changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of team members to memory care neighborhoods.
