Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the 7:00am–7:00pm shift. This part-time role in Westlake, OH offers a pay range of $18–$24.25 per hour and focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care and day-to-day engagement.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English, and demonstrate empathy, teamwork, and reliability while documenting care and supporting memory care staff.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy by creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as a Patient Observer to tailor engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
• Master the Mise en Scène by preparing spaces and rooms to support daily routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from morning wake to night routine.
