Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach, seeks a Night Manager/Manager on Duty to supervise daily operations of Rooms and Food & Beverage outlets, including Restaurant, Lounge and Room Service. You will work with other managers to ensure smooth operations and assist in Loss Prevention across outlets.

You will prepare reports on wage, payroll, revenue, budgeting and schedules; participate in menu planning and ensure compliance with liquor laws and sanitary regulations.

Qualifications

• College-level reasoning, math, and language skills.
• Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• Time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Rooms and Food & Beverage outlets, including Restaurant, Lounge, and Room Service.
• Coordinate and monitor all phases of Loss Prevention in the outlets.
• Prepare wage reports, payroll, revenue, budgeting and employee schedules.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation, ensure compliance with liquor laws and health/sanitary regulations.
• Be available to work on floor to assist staff and guests; conduct training and meetings.
