Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Manager/MOD for Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach. You will oversee daily operations of Rooms and Food & Beverage outlets, lead staff, and coordinate with other managers to run a smooth operation.

You’ll monitor payroll, budgeting, and schedules, assist in menu planning, and ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations. On-floor presence and guest issue resolution required.

Qualifications

• College level reasoning, math, and language skills.
• Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• Time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Ability to manage according to employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction.
• Prior cash handling experience necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Computer experience required.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Rooms and F&B outlets including Restaurant, Lounge, and Room Service.
• Work with other managers to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring all phases of Loss Prevention in the outlets.
• Prepare wage reports, payroll, revenue, budgeting and employee schedules.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations.
• Be available to work on floor to assist staff and guests.
• Participate in training, cross training, and meetings; handle guest complaints.
