Qualifications

• Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Prior cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office team and train new hires to meet standards.
• Oversee budgeting and operational planning for the front office department.
• Manage recruiting, orientation, coaching and performance reviews.
• Support recognition programs and staff development to maintain a skilled, motivated workforce.
