Job summary

Embassy Suites Philadelphia - Airport is seeking a proactive Front Office Night Auditor to oversee night operations, manage guest requests, and ensure accurate front desk transactions. This role requires strong guest service and leadership to coordinate with engineering, housekeeping, and F&B teams.

You will operate the OnQ system and assist other departments as needed, while maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and problem-solving experience.
• Regular attendance according to guidelines.
• PM position; hours may change with business needs.
• Ability to work varying schedules to reflect property needs.
• Maintain focus and complete tasks despite interruptions.
• Maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Complete a nightly MOD checklist and communicate with General Manager, Engineer, Housekeeping and F&B teams.
• Manage guest resolution process through investigation and creative problem solving.
• Handle emergencies with authority to contact providers and report issues.
• Assist any department that is short staffed or needs help.
• Understand Front Office staff duties and perform them when required.
• Accurately operate the OnQ system for daily transactions including Night Audit.
• Have knowledge of Food and Beverage operations to assist if needed.
• Know and understand the Simphony POS system.
