Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team during night shifts, ensuring preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and safety across the Michigan plant.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving to minimize downtime and optimize production capacity. Candidates should have a solid background in manufacturing maintenance and team supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance functions and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain reliability of plant and equipment while optimizing costs.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental safety compliance across the facility.
• Lead and supervise staff; hiring and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop SOPs and implement best practices in the facility.
