Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance function, ensure preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime in a high-speed beverage production facility in Lakeland, FL.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and covers electrical troubleshooting, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The position runs on the evening shift, 2pm–10pm, requires strong leadership, team development, and a focus on quality and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant manufacturing facility experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance; ensure preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Adhere to health, safety, GMP, and PPE standards and drive compliance.
• Lead, supervise and develop maintenance staff; manage personnel decisions.
• Improve manufacturing processes and reduce downtime through continuous improvement.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and modify layouts for efficiency.
• Collaborate with production to optimize uptime and asset utilization.
• Maintain documentation and ensure environmental, safety, and quality compliance.
• Prepare reports and enforce OHSA and corporate standards.
