Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance function, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across the facility.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager on the 1st shift (6am–3pm) and focuses on reducing downtime while maximizing production capacity. You will guide technicians, implement Best Practices, and coordinate with production to optimize equipment performance and reliability in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies and GMPs.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees.
• Seek to ensure reliability of plant and equipment operation.
• Identify and solve safety concerns in manufacturing processes.
• Maintain documentation of environmental compliance and safety records.
• Oversee maintenance and capital projects to maximize production efficiency.
